Den färdiga saften på flaska saknar den fräscha, blommiga aromen och ger ofta en plattare syra. Dessutom går du miste om skalet, vilket är det som ger absolut mest citronsmak i mjuka kakor! **Hur river man citronskal till bakning?** Det är i det yttersta, gula skalet som alla de fräscha och aromatiska oljorna sitter.
